With the accelerating process of global economic integration, we do feel implications caused by changes of the era which not only influence the economic operations but also business management. Science and technology are advancing rapidly, new industries emerging which intensified competition among firms. Each operator hope to get more benefit from less resource. Therefore, how to improve manage cost become a major issue facing firm leaders.For a long time, SH company bias in the production cost control .and neglect other cost management . According to SH company's cost management and management status, this paper focuses on selected logistics costs, capital costs, human resources costs for diagnostic studies, which may guide the SH company cost management , and to cover the existing cost management deficiencies.This paper defines the core concepts first, and then the related theory of cost studies were reviewed; and start from the SH company's current strategy status and the previous status of special cost management, diagnose cost management, identify the weaknesses of specific cost management currently in the process and activities, and put forward specific cost management optimization program, and predict the improvement results , and generate rationalization proposal of smoothing implementation of new optimized programs. In conclusion main points of this article is reviewed and summarized , and shortcomings, and recommendations for further research.When analysis current situation of the logistics costs, capital costs, human resources costs management in SH company, a real, reliable information and actual survey data is used in this paper , combined with management practice and the correlation analysis to identify deficiencies in company's cost management, and expects a result, which is scientific and feasible, to provide cost management information for decision making, and may provide a reference to cost management in other companies.
