The human resource management of banking plays a very important role in bank management. The stable political environment, open competition market environment, abundant capital, advanced technology and excellent human resources are the most basic survival conditions bank business must meet. In these conditions, the human resource is a crucial factor. With the reform of China’s financial system, the competitions between banks are increasingly fierce. The core of the competition is person’s competition, only to adapt to the needs of the development of the situation, to cultivate more excellent staffs, to effective development, to win in the increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the banking focus on human resources, staff team construction and study the staff team construction planning.The bank of China, Gansu branch as a bank within the territory of China, due to historical reasons and the existing mechanism, the external market environment from the combined impact of staff team of high quality resources, erosion, unreasonable structure, staff mechanism is not flexible to adapt to the demands of the development of the situation and these have become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the bank of China Gansu branch. How to improve the selection and cultivation mechanism, introduction and incentive mechanism, strengthen product innovation, service innovation, technology innovation and market competition capacity, becoming the key factor of bank of China Gansu branch rapid development, also is the primary concern of policy makers.Combining with the bank of China Gansu branch staff requirements, internal and external environment changes, business development trend, from the personnel structure, staff management mechanism, the personnel training mechanism, etc. on the bank of China Gansu branch human resource management problems and cause of comprehensive analysis. On this basis, this paper using the incentive theory, career management theory and the theory of staff training related to the use from the scientific staff, staff development mechanism, staff introduction, personnel training, incentive mechanism, career management, etc., through the questionnaire survey method, is to explore how to improve the bank of China, Gansu staff management and put forward countermeasures, in order to the bank of China, Gansu steady in the fierce market competition, and helpful to the sustainable development of the research.
