| Resource-based industry has made great contribution for the development of the national economy as a key industry in Gansu Province.In the current and future period, resource-based industry will continue to be the crucial industry in Gansu Province.However,from a practical view, extensive resource-based industrial in Gansu Province has weak development model, produce primary products, lack extension of industrial chain.Continuing present development method will be conducive to the development, it can also affect the benign operation of economy and society of Gansu Province at the same time. Therefore, we must change development model, and implement the strategy of sustainable development of resources industry. For resources industry in Gansu Province, how to choose an effective and convenient mode of sustainable development is particularly important. At present, there are various ramifications of theory on sustainable development, but it has not yet have a unified definition. How to grasp the requirements of sustainable development and the connotation accurately is the precondition of the sustainable development pattern choice. Using the theory of ecology to explain the sustainable development of the industry level is conform to the connotation of sustainable development.Therefore, this article analyze the sustainable development of resource-based industries in a ecological view.By designing the industrial ecological model to achieve the goal of resource-based industries sustainable development in Gansu Province.This article is divided into three parts, introduction, body and conclusion. And the body part is divided into five chapters.The second chapter is literature review and theoretical basis, gives the detailed demonstration on the sustainable development, present situation and the theory of industry economics and ecological economics research, which laid a foundation for the analysis of the later chapters.The third chapter is the resources industry development situation of Gansu Province,stated the structure of resources industry,the level of competitive advantage and sustainable development in Gansu Province from qualitative and quantitative two aspects in detail. The forth chapter is the plight of the sustainable development of resources industry in Gansu Province,this paper expounds the current resources industry sustainable development from the economic development, factors of production, group interest aspects in Gansu Province.The fifth chapter introduces the selection of the resource-based industries sustainable development mode in Gansu Province and proves the impacts the ecological industrial for sustainable development of resource-based industries.At the same time, makes a design about the petroleum industry, chemicals, coal and electricities,non-ferrous metals industry in Gansu Province.The sixth chapter introduce the countermeasures from from the market, technology and institutional aspects. |
