| Promoting the sustainable development and the harmony of human and nature is the profound conclusion and the correct choice which is made by the humanity after summarizing the history .With the ecological environment worsening and resources becoming short day by day,the sustainable development question is put more and more attention on. Circular economy merges cleaning production, resources comprehensive utilization, renewable energy development, ecology design and ecology expense into the whole organic. Circular economy is the economy mode following ecological laws.The main part of circular economy in industry is the construction of ecological industry chain ,which is based on the imitation of the high efficient use of material and energy in natural ecological system.China is abundant in coal resource. Coal is a kind of valuable segregation of hydrocarbons resource and chemical raw material. The coal industry releases waste unceasingly during the mining, processing and use process, which wastes resources and threatens the environment greatly. With our country in the period of high-speed development in economy, we should draw lessons from the end-of-pipe control experience, construct the coal ecological industry chain and further build coal eco-industrial parks. According to the theory of circular economy and eco-industrial park,this paper analyzes the ways in which the coal enterprises recycle resources and form the industrial chain.It suggests many kinds of methods in designing ecological chain such as coal further processing,environment industry and waste utilization,and illustrated the models of constructing ecological chain. |
