Enterprise Coupling In The Application Of Ecological Industrial Park Construction Research

Eco-Industrial Park is a gradually developing new industry according to the naturalecosystems. Industrial Park belongs to Industrial Development Zone relatively, it plays animportant role in the economic development at that region， at the same time it would haveeffect on local natural resources and the environment.In this paper, the current situation ofLongmen industrial park was transformed through using the theory of industrial ecology. Thisway can enhance the vitality of the industrial park, also promote the development oflong-term stable and harmonious industrial park.On the basis of the relevant literature ofindustrial ecology theory, theory of circular economy and clean production theories and ideassuch as coupling, the theory and methods of construction of industrial ecology park werediscussed. Longmen industrial park in the HanCheng city as an example was analyzed, thefollowing results are:The fundamental starting point of analyzed the three levels of eco-industrial parkconstruction, methods and problems that need attention are the resource and environmentalproblems that the region facing where the industrial park, pointed out that the main way toachieve eco-industrial and regional circular economy is construction the eco-industrial park.This paper presents the need for eco-industrial park construction, and pointed out thatthe theoretical basis of eco-industrial park construction are eco-industrial science, theory ofcircular economy, cleaner production and coupling theory, the basic method of eco-industrialpark construction are sequential use of water and energy, mutual use of shared metabolitesand industrial park infrastructure sharing.The coupling have three levels in eco-industrial park construction process: the first levelis mainly in the clean production-oriented within the enterprise coupled; the second level is mainly using of surplus metabolites and energy between enterprises; the last level is the entireindustrial park for the study coupled industrial parks in the area.We should follow theprinciple of coupled diversity, integrity, circulation and the principles of efficiency andeffectiveness during coupling process of the industrial park.Longmen industrial park in the Han Cheng city is an energy heavy industry park, it ismainly dependent on the abundant local coal mineral resources developed in steel, power,coal and chemical companies, the main features of Longmen industrial park are largeconsumption of raw materials, surplus quantity of metabolites and the serious environmentalpollution, so mutual use of metabolites between enterprise is the focus during theeco-industrial park construction.Building a general link schematic industrial park based on the substance use amongenterprises, and proposing to establish a sewage treatment plant and landfill planning throughthe way of analyzing the current status of the Longmen industrial park in the Han Cheng citythat focus on the substance use among enterprises,and forming a relatively completeindustrial chain. These measures promoted the regional circular economy development, italso produced good economic, environmental and social benefits, achieved the aim ofsustainable development of the industrial park.
