Research On The Industrial Transfer In The Western Region Of China From The Perspective Of Scientific Development

Industrial transfer is the economic behavior and process that some companies from the developed regions follow the regional advantages and implement inter-regional direct investment while move some industries to the developing areas. Since the start of the reform and opening-up policy, the east coastal area of China has been accepting the industrial transfer from the developed country and area positively, and the local economy has developed rapidly. But, as the reform of economy is developing more and more deep, the resources, labor force,earth and some other advantages of the east region is becoming more and more weak. As been limited by the factor of resource and market, the east area is forced to speed up the industrial transfer. Being influenced by the economy crisisv, the east area is forced to move the industries to the west regions. The acceptance of industrial transfer from the east area by the west area must be guided by the scientific outlook on development, meanwhile, the new trend of industrial transfer must be grasped accurately and the point of strength must be focused precisely. What is more, the acceptance platform of industrial transfer must be erected elaborately and creatively and the environment of acceptance should be optimized.Finally the corresponding policies should be carried out. Only by these can we take the initiative in the fight for the Landing rights carefully industry transfer project, complete the industrial transfer effectively and promote the breakthrough of acceptance of industrial transfer while make the interactive between acceptance of industrial transfer and the development of local area come true and gain more develop space in the next round of open strategy.This thesis focused on solving the issues caused by the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area under the guide of scientific outlook on development. The generation of scientific outlook on development and its relationship with the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area is compared and analyzed through reading large amounts of documents. The effect of the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area on the development of economy is analyzed on the two aspects of Positive and negative. The issues caused by the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area and the reasons behind it are proposed based on the former analysis. Finally, some referential strategies and suggestions on the the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area is proposed.The chapters is arranged as follows.The first chapter is introduction.the research background and significance of the research on the the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area is proposed in this chapter. Meanwhile,the relationship between the generation of scientific outlook and the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area is analyzed to provide the theory basis for the following chapters.The third chapter focused on the effect of the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area on the development of economy, which is analyzed on the two aspects of Positive and negative.The forth chapter focused the issues caused by the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area and the reasons behind it. This chapter proposed the issued from four aspects and proposed the reasons behind them.The fifth chapter focused on the strategies and suggestions on the the acceptance of industries transfer by the west area under the guidance of the generation of scientific outlook.
