Study On Investigation And Countermeasures For The Development Of Port Logistics In Huanghua

In recent years, with the rapid economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port group is very fast. The expanding port scale and the continuously improving overall level make the competition has been formed in Tianjin port, Qinhuangdao port, Tangshan port and Huanghua port. But there have been some contradictions and conflicts in the function division, so the structural contradictions are increasingly apparent in the port. Therefore, Huanghua port will face more complex and changeable environment in the process of existence and development. In that case, how to locate and develop the logistics business correctly in Huanghua port is of great significance and is a matter of life and death.This paper has a more objective and accurate grasp to the situation of constructing the modern logistics system in Huanghua port, and it makes clear its main problems and difficulties through the investigation of constructing the modern logistics system in Huanghua port. From the results of the port logistics development index, which are compared with the Qinhuangdao port, Tianjin port and other ports, this paper concludes that Huanghua port’s development history is short and has not constructed and developed enough wharfs and harbor capacities. What’s more, Huanghua port has the worst infrastructure conditions and the advantages of logistics development condition is not obvious.This paper is guided by the theory of logistics operation, and it analyzes and discusses the situation of the logistics development in Huanghua port by adopting the study approach of theory’s discussion and diagnoses, and using the methods of competitiveness’s comparative analysis and SWOT analysis. With the SWOT analysis, PEST factors Analysis and the comparative analysis, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the logistics development in Huanghua port. Eventually, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the further development and position of the logistics in Huanghua port.On the basis of the research approach of investigation, comparison, and analysis, this paper point out that the region target of the logistics development in Huanghua port should be located in the east bridgehead of the new Asian-European land bridge; For the function of berth, Huanghua port must expand the assembling&evacuating capacity and strive to become a multi-functional modern port which can set coal, general cargo, container and the liquid chemical as the integration. Huanghua port also need to establish a "one-station" service mode, provide comprehensive and systematic value-added services, and provide all functions of third-part logistics; What’s more, Huanghua port need to establish a perfect system of logistics information technology, so as to improve the overall level of the construction of modern logistics system in Huanghua port by vigorously training professionals fitted to port logistics.
