Users, as a business major source of innovation and externaltarget groups, has an important influence on the development of innovativeenterprises, however, theoretical and modeling studies on the current disclosure ofuser-oriented motivation is still relatively small, previous studies have mainly focused on thestudy of users motivation. Therefore, from the perspective of user-oriented knowledge-depthstudy of open disclosure of corporate motivation, which for a break of existing theories for theexpansion of model to guide business practices have an important meaning. Through model analysis: the feedback toenhance the value of the degree of product users have a positive effect on the company’sfuture earnings expectations, the higher the degree of improvement will encourage enterprisesto open disclosure, further benefiting from innovative user feedback; Good corporatereputation can save the cost of business promotion and acquisition costs of feedback, positiveeffect on the expected corporate earnings; Similarly, companies with strong competitiveadvantages can reduce the degree of competition and competition among enterprises, reducethe loss of knowledge of corporate disclosure brought by competitors get, will stimulate theopen disclosure behavior of corporate. As can be seen from the research findings, the threemotives for the open knowledge disclosure of enterprise have different degrees of impact tothe expected benefits, the expected future earnings is the enterprise main reason openknowledge disclosure. Thus, with the help of game theory model, this paper describes themotivation for the effective verification. In the case study section, as open knowledge disclosure is the core function of opensource software, the paper multinationals IBM for example, focuses on the establishment ofits developer site by setting an open platform, free open source code, etc. to activelyparticipate in practice open knowledge the conduct of disclosure.
