In the context of the increasingly fierce competition in the apparel industry, competition in the labor market and talent market have shown a "white hot" state. It becomes an important issue to be solved for business managers to recruit the right people, in order to establish a competitive personnel. Under the guidance of the recruitment management theory, This paper analyzes JMW Garments Co., recruitment problems and the causes, and proposed recruitment management solutions and implement the recommendations.During the study on JMW Garments Co., the paper briefly introduces the research background, purpose and meaning, and study object and research methods in the first part. The second part reviews the recruitment management theory of the origin and development, recruitment management process and system, analyzes the recruitment management research status at home and abroad. The third part has a look at JMW Garments Co. personnel situation, then analyzes the company’s recruitment problems and causes. In the fourth part, the article design of the JMW Garments Co., recruitment management solution from the build target, principle and evaluation standard, the recruitment of talent evaluation system, process optimization and talent reserve plan aspects. The fifth part gives suggestions from improved recruitment management system, recruitment management program implementation procedures, safeguards implementation of the program elements aspects. Part VI is a summary and Outlook of the article. The study was expected to deepen understanding of the recruitment management theory while solving JMW Garments Co. problems in the recruitment management work, so as to help the company’s improving work efficient and lay a more solid foundation of its future development. This paper can also provide reference and guidance for other companies to solve this problem.
