Research On The Optimization Design Of The Project Management Process Of XDPS Company

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s electric power industry, the introduction and application of project management theory and technology, power transmission project in China in the field, through the implementation of project manager system, effectively improve the enterprise management level. However, as the business continues to expand the scale and the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market, the industry characteristics of customers, the enterprises put forward higher requirements. Enterprise project management process will directly affect the enterprise, delivery, project progress, quality, cost and expenses as well as the enterprise’s external competitiveness, therefore need to take the customer as the center, strengthen the optimization and upgrading of enterprise project management process, in order to adapt to market changes, to form the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly aims at XDPS the company is currently in the process of project management, delivery delay, the project process control is not strict and projects such as poor communication problems, by using the method of literature review, investigation, combined cycle theory, the theory of business process reengineering project management, put forward the optimization design scheme of project management of XDPS company, and through take various measures to ensure that the new process after optimization can be implemented smoothly, so as to improve the level of project managementFirstly, project, project management concepts, characteristics and the project life cycle theory and process management theory and related literature and summarized. The basic situation of XDPS company and the project management process is introduced, and emphatically analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the process. Through the adjustment of the organizational structure of enterprises, the main process of refining project management, process optimization, after summarizing assessment schedule management, project communication process and project, realize the optimization of the project management process. Then, through the full participation, corporate executives to change the idea, increase the support, to adjust the organizational structure of enterprises, strengthen the personnel training, the establishment of project management performance evaluation mechanism and system in the enterprise, establish and improve the information system of project management and other measures, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project management process. Finally, the dissertation was summarized and the problems requiring further studies.
