| Entering the21st century, with the accelerating speed of the world further economic globalization and the rapid development of Chinese economy, energy is increasingly nervous, economic life also has higher demand for energy. The oil industry is the top priority in the energy industry, and the business of processing and interpretation is in the forefront of the oil industry and bearing the important task of looking for oil gas. Although BGP has made some achievements in past ten years, occupied most of the domestic market share, however, as the change of the company’s internal and external environment, we also exposed many problems and encountered in the development of bottleneck, which restricted the further development of the company. So it is necessary to clarify ideas and study to solve the fundamental problem from the perspective of strategic management.This paper, which combining theory with practice, starts from the basic theory of modern enterprise strategy management and comprehensive in-depth analyses of BGP company internal and external environment. By using SWOT and other analysis methods, combining with the status of BGP company, we formulate a set of enterprise development strategy which accord with the actual development needs of BGP company, and then establish a set of effective and safeguard measures, which can make the development healthy and sustainable.This article has been clear about the BGP company’s future development strategy:to establish the combinations of brand strategy, market development strategy, talent strategy, development strategy and low cost strategy, which points the way forward for BGP company’s future development direction。Through these analyses, we let our enterprises have more clear positioning, and also let our companies know how to be more reasonable use of various resources in order to define the objective in future business activities,then realize the great development of processing and interpretation business of BGP company. |
