The research object of this paper is the characteristic development strategy of seismic data processing and interpretation businesses of DF Geophysical Company and the main contents of this research include internal and external environment analysis of DF Geophysical Company.Through analyzing problems andthecauses of these problemsexisting in the development of seismic data processing and interpretation businesses of DF Geophysical Company, this paper analyzed its main cruxes as below:market scale, benefit increasing and unobviouscompetitiveness, slow development of ocean business and unconventional exploration business, single commercial profit model, and insufficient personnel adapting to overseas business development.
