| In recent years, as the rapid development of urbanization construction in our country, and traffic congestion and Fog and Haze, urban ecology and human settlements environment deterioration etc. is increasingly serious. Along with the expansion of city-scale and the cultivated farmland protection policy, urban land expansion and urban land use efficiency is more and more attention.This paper is based on socio-economic statistical data the city of xi’an in1995-2012, research on the characteristics and main driving force of urban land expansion for xi "an city by correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis method, and study on urban land use efficiency in xi’an from1995to2012by constructed index system of input-output on urban land use and used the Principal Component Analysisã€Data Envelopment Analysis and Super-DEA method, mainly to the following conclusion:(1)on the one hand, the area of urban land use has increased significantly and the rate of expansion gradually accelerated in xi’an from1995to2012,, and Due to the impact of Development District Construction, urban land use show concentric circle mode and spread outward expansion pattern。 On the other hand, along with the expansion of urban land, the economic benefits of land generated by the unit area is also continued to improve.(2) the development of economic is the main driving force for urban land expansion of xi "an, especially in the second industry development and the construction of traffic.(3) In general, urban land use efficiency is relatively low in Xi’an from1995to2012, and showed a stage characteristic under certain circumstances. the uncoordinated that Input and output efficiency for urban and the scale of urban development is the main reason for caused the urban land use lower efficiency,and irrational arrangement of resources and production factors are secondary causes. And also gives advice to improve the efficiency of land use non-DEA effective years.(4) the study on correlation analysis for the expansion dynamic degree of urban land and the value of super efficiency DEA, in the end, showed some anti-correlation between the expansion dynamic degree of urban land over the years of relatively intense and the value of super efficiency DEA. |
