Development Of Interactive Optimization Of Industrial Space Transformation And The Upper Yangtze Growth

With the rapid development of the upper reaches of Yangtze River, imperfectindustrial layout becomes more and more prominent. In the background of ourcountry’s deep transformation, the study about the interaction between thetransformation of the economic growth mode and the optimization of industrial spacelayout has important significance. Transformation ofeconomic growth mode is that inthe national economy a series of production function configurationdynamic fromjunior to senior,caused by the senior production factorsbeing produced and flowing.The optimization of industrial space layout can be reflected in the productionfunction’s structural adjustment between and inner of the industries during theallocation changing.Both of them can be attributed to structural changes in theconfiguration of the elements reflected on different levels.Based on theory and previous studies, the paper consists of the following parts.First, we establish economic models. Not only in theoretical aspects, but also underthe assumptions of the model, there is an interaction between the transformation ofeconomic growth pattern and optimization of the industrial space layout. Second, weanalyze the dynamic development in the upper reaches of Yangtze River in specificquantitative way. We estimates TFP change index during1997-2011in the upperreaches of Yangtze River and the establish a index system for evaluating the layoutlevel of this area using data in2001,2006, and2011.Compared this final observationF with the TFP change index, we can find out there is indeed a mutually positivecorrelation between the change in the pattern of economic growth and industrial spaceoptimization. Then, we analyze the dynamic development in the upper reaches ofYangtze River in specific qualitative way. We found there are several problems in theinteraction leading industrial space layout unreasonable and economic growth modelchanging slowly. At last, according to the above analysis, starting with the two-wayperspective of reality including transformation promotes the optimization and theoptimization promotes the transformation, we explore paths and solutions for this area,and then summarize and explore the path of improving the interaction relations.
