As for modern enterprises to survive the currently high competitive social andeconomic environment, utilization of informationization methods shall be aneffective way. On the current condition where informationization projects havegradually immersed into enterprise management, risks and management ofinformationization projects have also be highly emphasized. There are risks in theoperation of any project and the risks impose more severe influence oninformationization projects. If the project risks are not managed properly, it maycause failure of the whole informationization project. Consistently persisting inthe enterprise concept of “harmonize with all things, and benefit every family”,Beijing Gas Group strives to provide massive customers with environmentallyfriendly gases, and makes constant adjustments to the gas business according tocustomers’ needs, thus making the satisfaction of customers as the highest requestsfor the enterprise.The informationization construction project can strongly support Beijing GasGroup to achieve its strategic targets. The project sticks to the working principle of“the integration with the enterprise’s development strategies to reflect the features offuel gas; the integration of perspectiveness and feasibility, the dynamic integration ofthe whole and parts, i.e. emphasis on the dynamic integration of the overall planningwith branch system planning and subsystem planning”. Meanwhile, it consistentlydevelops the integrity and authenticity of information data and forms thecomprehensive informationization support for the enterprise management decisionand business development while compiling uniform overall informationization planning and organizing unified implementation with the development strategies andbusiness requirements of the group as the center. With the informationizationconstruction project of Beijing Gas Group Company as the research object, the thesisincludes the following research contents:(1) The status analysis of the risk management of the informationizationconstruction project of Beijing Gas Group Company. The thesis elaborates the basiccondition of the informationization project of the group, and then identifies the riskfactors for the infromationization construction project based on that. After that, itcarries out analysis of initial phase, design phase, implementation phase of theinformationizationn construction as well as the project delivery and conclusion part.The influence factors at each phase should be included in the risk evaluation of theinformationization construction project of Beijing Gas Group Company.(2) The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to construct the riskassessment model of the informationization construction project of Beijing GasGroup Company. Firstly it confirms the comment set and the factor sets; then itconfirms weight of evaluation indexes at different levels, including constructingjudgment matrix, adopting the sum-product method for AHP treatment andconsistency check, and finally carries out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, includingcomprehensive evaluation of second-class indexes, and comprehensive evaluation offirst-class indexes (evaluation system), providing basis for quantitative evaluation ofproject risks.(3) Evaluate the informationization construction project of Beijing Gas GroupCompany, and put forward relevant risk management strategies and safeguardmeasures, mainly including: popularizing training of risk management, strengtheningthe awareness of risk management; defining the target for informationizationconstruction and the target for project risk management; establishing theman-machine risk information management system with computers and experts as the basis; hiring supervision organs to be involved in the risk control ofinformationization construction.The thesis carried out researches on the informationization project risks ofBeijing Gas Group, and formulated the risk evaluation system of theinformationization construction project of Beijing Gas Group Company. throughidentification of the overall project risks, making it possible to comprehensivelyconsider multiple risk factors influencing normal operation of the project,specifically establish the system of risk prevention and evaluation and control theproject risks within the acceptable scope of the enterprise to the utmost.Establishment of the project risk management system shall be able to timely andeffectively respond to project risks and prevent impending risks in the whole processof project. If the risk occurs, the risk management methods formulated in advanceshall be adopted for it control, and relevant experience and lessons can besummarized timely after the occurrence, thus providing a scientific managementsystem for the enterprise’ informationization project risk management and referencefor future project risks.
