After many years’ development of informationization construction, domesticenterprises are facing complex and various risk management problem, especially in therespect of EAI project risk management. And the success of EAI project depends on thedetermination of the enterprise who implements the management reform. This paper,combining the theory of EAI project risk management and concrete cases, explains andanalyzes from a new perspective how informationization environment (including thesocial environment, business ecological environment, enterprise management structure)jeopardizes and effects EAI project. The EAI project risk management evaluationalong with its improvement lead and method are analyzed from two perspectives whichare informationization environment and time issue. Main content of this paper is asfollows:By studying the process of informationization construction of domestic enterprise,especially the bafflement and problem which EAI project are facing, some new leadsand methods of EAI project risk management evaluation are generated from the aspectof informationization construction environment.Specify the problem which IT project risk management and EAI project riskmanagement are facing. Partition risk evaluation and improvement from the aspect ofinformationization construction environment. Ensure EAI project risk can be wellidentified, controlled and managed.
