After many years’ development of informationization construction, domesticenterprises are facing complex and various risk management problem, especially in therespect of EAI project risk management. And the success of EAI project depends on thedetermination of the enterprise who implements the management reform. This paper,combining the theory of EAI project risk management and concrete cases, explains andanalyzes from a new perspective how informationization environment (including thesocial environment, business ecological environment, enterprise management structure)jeopardizes and effects EAI project. The EAI project risk management evaluationalong with its improvement lead and method are analyzed from two perspectives whichare informationization environment and time issue. Main content of this paper is asfollows:By studying the process of informationization construction of domestic enterprise,especially the bafflement and problem which EAI project are facing, some new leadsand methods of EAI project risk management evaluation are generated from the aspectof informationization construction environment.Specify the problem which IT project risk management and EAI project riskmanagement are facing. Partition risk evaluation and improvement from the aspect ofinformationization construction environment. Ensure EAI project risk can be wellidentified, controlled and managed. Then a good foundation can be built for the smoothimplementation of EAI project.Based on studying literature and application of enterprise implementation,quantitative and qualitative of EAI project risk management are synthetically considered.Aiming at specifical EAI project case, combining risk management tools for managingthe risk of EAI project, it provides great referential value for the implementation of EAIproject risk management.By studying and analyzing theory and cases, the EAI project risk management can be summarizied from three phases which are “beforehand”,”under way”,”afterwards”.With combining the application effect of risk management tools to promote “EAIproject risk management road map”, it has instructional meaning for searching forimprovement for EAI project risk management, thereby presents new leads and newmethods for implementing EAI project risk management of enterprise level, and verifiesvalidity of project risk management evaluation and improvement.
