Psychological contract acts like glue between organizations and their employees, and warrantees their mutual trust. By referring to the conceptualization and hypotheses of Yong Shaohong and Kang Xiaoqing (2011), this study focuses on the relations between Hui minority employees’national psychological contract, national complex, organizational national characteristics, organizational behavior and turnover intention, and carried out a survey to test these relations among164Hui minority employees.The empirical research result shows that Hui minority employees hold national psychological contract with their organizations, and the contract can be divided into the three dimensions of national food habit guarantee, national environment guarantee, and national belief guarantee; organizational national characteristics are import predictors of Hui minority employees’national psychological contract, and the latter is predictor of organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention; organizational national characteristics affect Hui minority employees’ organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention through their national psychological contract.Some conclusions can be drawn that Hui minority employees’national complex has independent direct effect on their organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention from organizational national characteristics and Hui minority employees’national psychological contract; organizational national characteristics have direct effect on Hui minority employees’ organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention, and also indirect effect on them through these employees’national psychological contract; Hui minority employees’ national psychological contract has proximal and direct effect on their organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention.The possible contributions are that this study verified the empirical existence of the concept of and its three dimensions of national food habit guarantee, national environment guarantee and national belief guarantee; organizational national characteristics have independent and direct effect on Hui minority employees’ organizational citizen behavior and turnover intention from organizational national characteristics and these employees’ national psychological contract.
