Study Of The Impact Of National Economic Policies In Minority Areas Enterprises

Our country is a state with many nationalities. The development of the minorities' economy is the very important part of the national economy. Enterprises play a key role in modern markets, its growth and development impact to the regional economic development. Due to the unique regional characteristics in ethnic minority areas, the enterprises in minority areas were bound to encounter many difficulties during their growth. Some of the difficulties are the same with the others in the other areas, while some of them are unique. Our country develop national economic policies for the ethnic minority areas, which play an important part in the ethnic minority areas' economy, help the enterprises overcome the backwards.This paper takes Inner Mongolia region as an example using the research method to analyze the present situation of the enterprises in the national areas, the difficulties in their development, the impact of the policies on the enterprises and how the policies which help resolve the enterprise's problems influence the enterprises in the national areas. The paper puts forwards suggestions which are adept to the development of the enterprises in national areas. Through the study, we hope it will play an important role in boosting the development of the enterprises in national areas.There are five chapters in this paper, with main contents individually as follows:Chapter One General description for the background and significance of this research is given, and a review of some of the relevant researches home and abroad is posed.Chapter Two Historical summary and evaluation of the national economic policies including, fiscal policy, tax policy, monetary policy, personnel training policy, science and technology policy is given. And the current policies summary is followed. Chapter three with some statistical data and factual summary of the national area businesses, as well as the economic environment in which enterprises develop in minority areas, the characteristics and the current situation of the enterprises in national areas are described, to provide a basis for further research.Chapter Four to test the effects of the policies, we make a statistical description of the samples from Inner Mongolia. And we analyze the policy supporting system and discuss the constraints the enterprises encounter. We come to the conclusion that the enterprises in national areas needs the policies which can help them overcome the difficulties of capital and human resources to be strengthened. By studying the case "Mengniu Dairy Co.ltd" we find out the vital relation between the supporting policies and the companies' growth, and set up a good example for the other companies.Chapter Five We makes comparisons among some policies at home and aboard, and figures out the deficiencies in the current policies, accordingly makes some good suggestions and solutions to the policy supporting system. And at last according to the research we bring up some lacks as well as the further prospects.
