As China’s rapid economic development, the development of farmers’professional cooperatives is getting faster and faster. In order to reinforce the rural economy, increase the farmers’income and carry out the rural reform, the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives is an inevitable requirement. The development of farmers’ professional cooperatives can also speed up the agricultural modernization. It’s the only way to improve the international competitiveness of agriculture in our country. In recent years, in order to give the farmers’ professional cooperatives policy support and support, the central government has promulgated a series of documents. It shows that the central government pays highly attentions on the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives. Thus in2007, China promulgated the "Farmers’professional cooperatives law" to support the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives by the form of legislation.Shanghai, as the leading economic development in our country, is gradually speeding up the process of urbanization. Shanghai’s rural construction is an important part of the city’s regional development. How to organize the scattered farmers together, and make them participate in the rural development and construction of Shanghai in the form of farmers’professional cooperatives, is directly related to whether the rural development in Shanghai can coordinate with the whole Shanghai’s economy. Therefore, how to draw lessons from foreign cooperative development experiences, in-depth research the present situation of our country farmers’ professional cooperatives development, and discusses the characteristics of the agricultural cooperation with Shanghai’s special road. These will be the important topic of affecting Shanghai’s rural economy development.Firstly, this paper puts forward the problems on the basis of the literature research.
