The Research Of The Development Mode Of Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives In Henan Province

Practice has proved that the development of farmer cooperatives is the only route that China attempts to realize agricultural modernization. As the country’s major agricultural province,in recent years, it’s promoting the new type of industrialization and urbanization vigorously,under the background and the condition of various policy support,Henan farmer cooperatives have shown a good momentum of rapid development.The healthy development of farmer cooperatives is crucial to promote the integration of urban and rural areas in Henan province and speed up the construction of the central plains, etc.But the development level of agricultural cooperatives hasn’t yet to meet its status of big agricultural province,the ability to serve hasn’t yet to meet the needs of agricultural and rural development.In allusion to the new situation and these issues,Henan province should further innovate the development model,enhance the operational mechanism.This paper has carried on the on-the-spot investigation about the Lankao country in Kaifeng and Wushe country in Jiaozuo. Based on the status of the development of farmers’professional cooperatives in the two region and the analysis of the typical cooperative cases,I find that the existing farmers’professional co-operatives development mode has a lot of problems and it needs innovation urgently, meanwhile,I’m put forward some valuable countermeasures and Suggestions.It includes to form a cooperative association, strengthen the unity development mechanism;to carry out the financial innovation, establish the linkage mechanism between the rural credit cooperatives and SMC;to found the farmers’professional co-operatives which is in left-behind women as the main body, etc. In this paper, through research and analysis, we can know that only adjust measures to local conditions and innovate development model constantly, the sustainable development of cooperatives and the development of agricultural modernization can be effectively promoted.
