Therefore, studing on Nanjing fruit logistics delivery mode, has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Base on modern logistics and supply chain theory, study Nanjing fruit logistics mode, analyze the Nanjing fruit delivery in three aspects which is the main body of delivery,delivery technology and delivery mode, draw a conclusion that the problem of Nanjing fruit logistics is still at a lower level of development, delivery facilities are relatively backward, the fruit logistics at low degree of standardization, lack of information technology in logistics and did not form a complete cold chain.Finally, through in-depth analysis of the fruit circulation mode of Japan, the United States and other developed countries, summarize their advanced experience, proposes to optimize the Nanjing fruit logistics recommendations accordingly.
