Research On Supply Hub Mode Under The Supply Chain Environment

With the increasing competition of the world market, enterprises have to face the severe competitive environment. More and more people have realized that the supply chain management is the crucial part. Managing only one enterprise can't fit for the competitive demands. Now many enterprises in China lack the whole supply chain management thought and the capacity of logistics management. So the supply chain with the core of large enterprise needs to be integrated and the logistic system is the important factor. The supply hub mode made a greater contribution to increasing supply chain competitiveness. Many large manufacturer of the world has taken the advantaged of this mode, which is taken by several manufacturer of my country. Now, nevertheless , the supply hub mode only remains at the practice stage. And the theoretical research doesn't begin. The article studies on the supply hub mode and the influence to the supply chain. Using the method of qualitative and quantitative analyses, the decision and optimum of supply hub mode are studied. So, it's very important for us to study the supply hub mode. The main content includes: Firstly, the manufacturer logistics current situation is summarized. Making the focal on automobile and tobacco industry, the supply logistics present situation and the problems are analyzed. The integrated thoughts are provided and the supply chain based on supply hub is established. Secondly, A mode of supply hub management has been set up, including: defining the supply hub, the processing of the mode, the advantage and prerequisite of the mode, the supply hub of whole supply chain. Thirdly, analyzing the push and pull supply chain and supply hub, a judging model of shortening supply chain multi-stage response time are set up. Comparing the supply hub mode income and cost, we can judge whether to reduce the supply chain multi-stage response time by the supply hub. The essential prerequisite is that the ultra cost can't exceed the ultra income taken by the supply hub. Lastly, the risk factors of the supply chain and the supply hub mode are proposed. Using the delivery date probability, the conclusion is the supply hub mode can reduce the delivery date risk contrast to the general supply chain. A production risk decision model in supply hub mode is established. The prerequisite is that the demand probability and the surplus loss and the lack loss are known. The best output per production cycle time can be calculated which make the inventory loss minor. A profit allocation model in supply hub mode is set up. The influential factors in profit allocation are: input cost, undertaken risk, contributes and ect. To solve the complex profit allocation problem in supply hub mode, the cost and the general income must be obtained. The ultra income is allocated according to the undertaken risk and contributes.
