Performance Evaluation Of Government Investment Project

Government performance is the key problem in present government management,performance management as a practicality management concept and method improvementand evaluation for government performance, has already caused general concern and beingwildly used by different country, also gradually used in our government management, theevaluation for government investment project performance is one of the key indicator forgovernment performance.With the purpose of improve science decision-making、science management、get abetter economic/social/environmental benefits and provide standards for future project forthe government investment project, we are working on establish government inventedproject performance evaluation system.This dissertation is divided into six parts, use literature research method and caseresearch method, with the basic contraction of government performance managementtheory and public after project evaluation theory used by developed country, base on theresearch content、 method and evaluation system for government invested projectperformance, and analyze for government invested project performance system, especiallymore analyze on the government invested project performance system used at present andanalyze on it’s executive result, get the problems for present government invested projectperformance, with more research on government invested project performance standardsand characters, tease and perfect the present government invested project performancesystem, summarized the theory and decision-making support for government investedproject performance system, used for overall development of government invested projectperformance evaluation system.
