With the increasingly fierce market competition, companies increasingly need highly qualified, dynamic training of personnel has become a business for sustainable development, more and more companies are beginning to realize the training for the development of enterprises has important significance. But in the business of training, but there are many errors, including training needs are unknown, unclear training content, training methods and training content is not combined with no comprehensive training program, training results do not carry out assessments and other issues, leading training pro forma, training quality, and training goals are not reached, there can not be an effective solution to the problems of business operations, resulting in high training costs, training enormous waste of resources. Therefore, the actual training needs for business, companies need to tailor appropriate training programs, and to improve and optimize the existing training system to become a worthy study.This paper studied the Beijing Communications Group is a specialized domestic mobile communications market provides multi-channel direct marketing services, including customer acquisition, customer retention, sales and marketing consulting company, founded in October2000, and now the country set up more than twenty branches, more than70marketing services area, with more than3,000employees, after years of effort, the Beijing News Group to become one of China’s more successful mobile marketing services companies.Based on the theory of human resource management, training on adult learning theory and the theory of an overview on the use of interviews and questionnaire method, the Beijing News Group Training and expectations analysis to identify the problems in the training process, including a lack of systematic training system, the lack of various subsystems such as training needs analysis, training programs, training content design and other issues, leading to high cost of corporate training, training a great waste of resources, training effect reach the company requires. Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems, combined with the actual needs of the Beijing Communications Group’s corporate training system re-targeted to optimize the design, including:training organization design, training, system design, training, operating system design, training resources management system. Through the establishment and improvement of a new status quo suited viable Beijing News Group training system will help solve the Beijing News Group exists to the present and future development issues, while other companies with the same problems with reference to the Beijing News Group Training significance.
