As the21st century beginning, our society is impacted deeply by the growing number of aging population. How to solve the pension problem has been placed on the agenda, in particular, rapid urbanization and the urbanization of the ethnic minority areas to promote old-age solution to the problem is more obvious, related to national development, national unity, social harmony. Ethnic diversity of older age groups leading to complex pension issues. This paper attempts to family pension, the aged, three kinds of old-age pension model community comparative study in Inner Mongolia Baotou City resident status for the sample of old-age model, from the concept, advantages and disadvantages of supply and demand, the applicability of the management level, there six issues a comparative analysis of ethnic minority areas of old-age patterns of older age groups.
