Research On The Service For The Aged At Home In Rural Areas

Rural home-based pension is a kind of effective supplement to the current institutional pension and traditional family pension,which is produced under the background of the serious aging of our country,the common existence of the elderly in rural empty nest and the elderly living alone.After the preliminary investigation,this paper selects the relatively mature central village to carry out the investigation of rural home-based elderly care services,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of local rural home-based elderly care services.At the same time,it explores the experience of home-based care in the United States,Britain,Japan and other foreign communities,and on this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the home-based care service in Bihu town.So that every old person can experience and enjoy the home-based elderly care service when they need it in their own village,and truly do a good job in the elderly "project" for the benefit of the people.By using the methods of literature research,field research and analysis and induction,this paper selects Bihu town in Liandu District of Lishui City as an example to study,which is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and innovation;the second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical analysis,mainly on four aspects In the third part,taking Bihu Town,Liandu District,Lishui City as an example,the author studies the rural home-based pension services in 43 villages of Bihu Town,sums up the existing problems of rural home-based pension services,and analyzes the related problems The reasons are mainly the problems of funds,service personnel,service content,supporting facilities,system guarantee,etc.;the fourth part summarizes and draws lessons from the relevant experience of the rural home-based elderly care service mode in some foreign regions;the fifth part puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on improving the rural home-based elderly care service in Bihu Town,mainly including broadening the sources of funds,improving the service quality and improving the relevant Construction of facilities,strengthening of system guarantee,etc.To some extent,the development of rural home-based pension service alleviates the pressure of social pension brought by the aging population,which is conducive to filling the inner spiritual vacancy and realistic material subsidies of the elderly,reducing the psychological pressure of children who are wandering outside,bringing convenience for the elderly,as well as the harmonious development of family and society.Therefore,it has certain social value and practical significance for the research and exploration of rural home-based pension service.
