More experience and sharp intuition of market are required by a good broker, they have abilities of anticipating the movement of market and avoiding risks. For that reason, this thesis is devoted to optimization Research of the Broker’s Charter business Based on the complex Systems. Firstly, to introduce the conception of tramp service and charter broker, their species and feature. Secondly to put in the complex theory and analyze how and why the broker chartering a vessel is so complicated with two aspects, which are the reason and the presentation. After that, to build a model combined with complex theory for optimizing the broker chartering business. The model is consist of assignment problem, predict of kalman filtering and fuzzy optimum selection after taking fact of chartering by broker into account. The thesis achieved optimization through building the above mentioned model and instance analysis. |
