The Property Contract Perspective HT Stock Broker Management System Optimization Research

From the evolution of the stock broker development and legal system, whetherlegal system and management system, to see the current stock brokers in China fromthe beginning of its birth with the broker itself contains a misunderstanding whichdeviates from the system design. China stock brokers’ practicing the low-end anddisordered form is its marketing identity embarrassment rather than intermediaryidentity.This paper based on the well-known HT brokerage securities company as theresearch object, starting from the growth of mileage, development status and existingbrokers brokerage business management structure, issues related to China’s securitiesmanagement agent and difficulties. Through the research of HT securities dealers’nationwide visit, collection and analysis from two aspects of the securities brokeragemanagement and securities brokering personnel interviews and data, constitute thecurrent securities broker development dilemma and the crux of the problem: Theunclear property associations, leading to brokers and brokerage interest deviates.Starting from the structure of property rights, this paper combines with the stockbroker management practices and the theory of property rights model, analysis ofChina’s current securities companies and brokerage property interests, the propertyrights of securities brokerage business transformation from traditional brokers andcustomers for brokers and securities business, and customer resource object is theownership of resources. Effective definition and configuration of brokers andbrokerage in customer resources property rights and interests to solve is the key toresolve the current stock broker management. Based on the theoretical analysis, putforward to build HT securities brokerage comprehensive management platform, theorganization gradually flattening process, through the establishment of doublecontract system, the property of customer resources internal privatization. Finally,from the laws and regulations, policy support, human resources development threeaspects to provide relevant safeguard measures.
