As a social phenomenon, the conflict exists in the various activities of enterprises and institutions, which has a great influence on the team motivation and results. With the application and development of the project team in enterprises, more and more conflicts within the team also manifest themselves in various forms. Therefore, to form an effective team, the enterprises and institutions have to face the conflicts, analyze the conflicts and use them effectively. In this way, we can improve the efficiency of the project team. The main contents and innovation points of the thesis and innovation points are as follows:First of all, this study thoroughly reviews the research project team concept and team conflict and its management theories. According to the findings from these scholars who study on the project team in enterprises and institutions, their research contains the regulation about the team conflict and how to effectively manage. By the existing research on the conflict and management of the project team, we find that the academic still needs further analysis and research on the problems in the project team conflict and managementSecondly, combined with the previous research achievements of the scholars, the writer interviews and questionnaires the project team members in the H Research Institute, analyzes the reasons why the conflicts exist and the conflict management ways. After analyzing the present situation of H research team, the writer finds that the project team conflicts directly affect the working efficiency of the team. If they can make good use of the conflicts, it can help the project team members to enhance cooperation, so as to enhance the overall performance of the team.Finally, based on the theories and the common management models of the modern conflict management, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the project team in H research institute. According to the present management situation of H research institute, the text proposes the key points which discuss the improvement of team conflict management strategies and measures. It aims to reduce the destructive conflict, help the enterprises and institutions make strategic decisions and improve the efficiency and benefit. It also provides new theoretical perspective and practical reference, helps to resolve the conflicts and utilize them and then improves the efficiency of the project team.
