Human resources are all the working staff who involved in socio-economical activities as productive factors in an organization. With speeding up of the globalization and unity the international economy, competitions among enterprises are becoming competitions of human resources, which are considered the most valuable strategic resources, we must study issues of human resources while studying the growth of enterprises. In practice, we need to adjust development strategy. The human resources strategy serves for development strategy and provides information, and it is also a strong guarantee for the implementation of strategic objectives.This article analyses the construction and management of human resources of Joyang Laboratories by SWOT rectangle analysis。Based on the contemporary theories of human resources management, the strategy of human resources targeting at Joyang Laboratories is proposed and its detailed practical plan has also come up with.This article includes six chapters. The first chapter explains the contemporary theories of management of human resource and point out their problems, at the same time; the backgrounds, significance, methods and the technology route of the study are introduced in this chapter. The second chapter introduces relative thesis of human resources management and human resources management strategic. The third chapter mainly discusses the current situation of management of human resources of Joyang Laboratories, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of human resources management. Also, the strategy layout is determined in this chapter by SWOT rectangle analysis. The principles and goals of human resources management of the company are established in the fourth chapter, as well as the human resource strategy in terms of the human resources layout, efficiency assessment, employment, payment, training and enterprises culture. The basic idea of human resources strategy and the main methods are discussed in the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter is the summary, study conclusions are provided.The research result of the thesis had significant impellent meaning for Joyang Laboratories; in the meantime, it would be a good reference for other biopharmaceutical companies.
