Research On The Choice Of Development Strategy Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises Of Industrial Communication Device

As China enters a special period of reform of the economic system,the status of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) has become increasingly and obviously important.Since SMEs are the major force in the market economy,making SMEs develop sustainably has become to be a consensus of the whole society. SMEs of industrial communication device (ICD) are an important and indispensable component of communication device industry. Nearly99%of the ICD companies are SMEs except for several large communication device companies.How to better play the role of SMEs in the communication device industry and achieve the sustainable development of SMEs is becoming an urgent problem needs to be solved today. SMEs of ICD should carefully determine their own development strategy by accurately analyzing their market environment,development conditions and the direction of future development.This dissertation firstly builds the theoretical foundation for the research of development strategy choice of SMEs of ICD by studying the relevant literature and research. Secondly, this dissertation qualitatively analyzes the external conditions,which impact enterprise development,by analyzing the current situation,problems and business environment faced by SMEs of ICD.Thirdly,in order to provide systematic arrangement for the development strategy of SMEs of ICD,empirical research is made to study the relationship between development status and seven strategic elements,which are corporate governance,business development,human capital,investment in research,process reengineering,financial risk management,policy and business environment. Finally,by establishing the development strategy choice merits of SMEs of ICD,recommendations for the choice of development strategy of SMEs of ICD have been made in this dissertation.This dissertation aims to achieve sustainable development of SMEs of ICD by studying the choice of development strategy of SMEs of ICD.Although qualitative and quantitative methods have been used to provide theoretical and empirical foundation for the choice of development strategy of SMEs of ICD,the particularity of each enterprise should be considered while choosing the development strategy.
