With rapid global economic integration and the vigorous application of Internet technology, enterprise purchase is no longer the simple buying and selling. Supplier management is to abandon the traditional mutual competition. For the member enterprises, it gradually becomes to realize the value and create a win-win activities. Supply chain management is an important part of core competitiveness. Therefore, it is of great significance to the enterprises that how to find the enterprise procurement management, enhance the level of procurement, and to serve the development strategy, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes SYD Company as the research object. Based on the analysis of the company’s procurement management present situation, it point out the problems and put forward the improvement strategy. The author introduces the concept and development of purchasing management, and the theory of supply chain management and supplier management theory are reviewed. The author introduced procurement situation of SYD Company from the aspect of procurement category, procurement organization and process management, it pointed out the problems on supplier management and procurement process. Aiming at the problem of supplier management, the author established supplier evaluation index system through brainstorming. The indexes weights are calculated by analytic hierarchy process. It evaluated the existing suppliers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then it developed targeted management and incentive measures. For the problem on process management, it formulated the working target of procurement department. Under the guidance of the reengineering the procurement process,this paper formulate the specific implementation steps. Finally, it put forward the measures on leadership support, organizational guarantee, enterprise culture propaganda, continuous improvement mechanism, performance appraisal and supervision measures. It is hoped that the strategy developed in this paper can help the enterprise to improve procurement efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing the competitiveness of the company.The result of this paper has important guiding significance for SYD Company to clear the existing problems and formulate targeted countermeasures. At the same time it also has certain reference for other industry procurement management.
