Research On The Machine Responsibility Of ZH Branch In A Company

In recent years, as the country increases investment in infrastructure, especially for the power industry, the competition in the corresponding production industry becomes intense. For the A Company, one of the important processing plant of the Corporation, how to improve the efficiency and increase productivity, is very important for the Corporation to improve market competitiveness, quickly grab market share.Firstly, from the whole plant level management perspective, introduced operation mode and product features of A plant, and analyzed the existing problems in the existing management team. The existing management team is not suite for A plant which is composed mainly of the mainframe platform. It is unable to give full play to the role of team management, which causes the machine efficiency, coordination between them and the employee motivation is not high. So we proposed machine responsibility based on the characteristic of A plant. Secondly, this paper established corresponding methods for plan management, security management, site management, equipment maintenance management, and performance evaluation system. Simultaneously, introduces a small project management team for key products in the management of the production plan, and production scheduling meetings for key machines. Sort the products for Single machine based on the minimum of the average delay time and the number of delayed product, and for multiple machines based on the minimum of total production time. In the performance evaluation system, first, determine the levels indicators through interviews, then determine the weight of each index by AHP. Finally, translate the evaluation system into specific and easy to operate. Finally, by collecting the date, the productions of the two years before and after were compared. And it proved the machine responsibility played a role for the improvement and upgrading for A plant.In short, the conclusion in this paper have certain reference for other manufacturers which are composed mainly of the mainframe platform.
