The Verification For The Central Role Of Jinzhou In The Tourism Region Of Liaoxi Corridor And Its Status-Enhance Strategy

With the rapid development of economy and information, regional tourism is going to bethe major trend. During the whole process, the leading role of the central city of regionaltourism seems more and more obvious.The character of center reflected the concept of its major status. If regional tourismwanted to develop rapidly, it must own a central city to act as the role of leading.For a long time, the region of LiaoXi Corridor belongs to the underdeveloped region,despite its owning of plenty tourist resource, its level of development remains comparativelow, which must have something to do with the absence of central city. During the daily life,people always know with the feeling that JinZhou is the central city of LiaoXi Corridor, butsome concrete data evidence needs to be found. For all of these reasons, this research willprove its central status from different aspects including tourism-economy, location oftourism-cities, tourism resource and tourism traffic.After the process of proving, we found that, comparing with the central cities of othersregion in our country, the central role of JinZhou seems not that obvious, and this researchwill put forward solving strategy.This research consists four parts, the first part introduce us the background, the purpose,the relative theory and the current study situation of our theme. In the second part, its majorwork is to prove the central role of JinZhou in LiaoXi Corridor from the aspect of economy,traffic, location and tourism resource, the results indicated the fact that JinZhou is the centralcity of the whole region. Though its character had been proved, it did exist some problems,during the third part, this research found out some problems, and during the fourth part, thisresearch come up with some ideas for solving these problems, they are: enhance the role ofJinZhou by creating special tourism products; provide the policy support for finding differentways of development; improve the system of tourism service with the help of central city;take the management of the whole system of marketing with the other cities of the region; create the representative image for the whole region from the prospective of central city.
