Core talents have important experience and skills which are precisely needed for the survival of enterprises. The core employee turnover will have a significant impact to the core competitiveness of enterprises, which from the point of view of knowledge management will form a knowledge crisis, including knowledge vacuum, knowledge panic, knowledge bewilderment, knowledge deficiency, knowledge stuffing, knowledge fantasy and knowledge rigid. This paper holds that knowledge continuity management initiatives can eliminate or weaken the knowledge crises, key knowledge cognition can effectively adjust that knowledge continuity management effects on knowledge crises. The paper summarizes major knowledge management initiatives including information technology, internal motivation, external incentives, organization personnel, internal processes, and summarizes the key knowledge cognition including important knowledge cognition, risk knowledge cognition, and constructs the relationship model between knowledge management initiatives and knowledge crisis. The paper forms the questionnaire about knowledge continuity management measures based on the mature scale system and the self-designed knowledge crisis scale based on the rigorous approach. Through the survey of human resource managers of knowledge intensive enterprises and the interviews of entrepreneurs and senior staff, recovery research data. Through the analysis of the data, we discover all the scale have formed good reliability and validity, and examine the theory model of the relationship between the knowledge management initiatives and knowledge crisis, and examines the key knowledge cognition’s regulation effect between knowledge management initiatives and knowledge crises. Study results indicated that most hypothesis of knowledge management initiatives help to eliminate knowledge crisis, while only a few of relationship between knowledge management initiatives and knowledge crisis was subjected to key knowledge cognition. Based on this, we propose the strategy from information technology’s application, internal motivation, external incentives, organization personnel, internal processes optimization to help enterprises solve knowledge management issues under employee turnover background. |
