Study On Development Of Business Circulation Industry Under The Background Of New Urbanization In Ningxiang County

The new urbanization will open a new space for country’s development, and it’s the greatest potential of expanding domestic demand. One of the themes of urbanization is to break of the system of urban-rural dual structure to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas. It’s core is to let all the people to participate in the process of modernization, to share the modernization of production; it’s main direction is to promote the equal exchange of urban and rural elements and balance the allocation of public resources, for the purpose of promoting the healthy and high quality development of urbanization. Research and practice at home and abroad have shown that, business circulation industry plays a key role in connection with production and consumption, it’s importance is reflected not only in the field of leading production, guiding the market, promoting consumption, it also plays an important role in promoting elements mobility of urban and rural industry, strengthening interaction, increasing exchanges between urban and rural culture and fusion, and increasing the income of peasants. At present, the research results of new urbanization are mostly belongs to the policy recommendations, research practice and the industrial level is not much, the systematic and targeted study of business circulation industry and new urbanization combination is more few. In this paper, I taken Ningxiang County of Hunan province to promote new urbanization as background, through the analysis of the status of Ningxiang’s business circulation industry, summarized the characteristics of industrial development, found the problems of industrial development. On this basis, from the "vision","advantage","opportunities","difficult" four dimensions conducted the VSOD analysis; at the same time, conducted factor analysis for the influencing factors, calculated the factor scores affect the development of business circulation industry of Ningxiang County, and then summarized the core factors and important factors.This paper established the general idea for the development of business circulation industry of Ningxiang County, made the overall goal of development, the construction of Ningxiang County into a vice commerce center of Changsha and an important modern logistics center of the central area. Then put forward the countermeasures on the development of business circulation industry under the background of new urbanization of Ningxiang, and to optimize the layout of the industry. On the one hand, this paper enriched the theoretical connotation of new urbanization and trade circulation; on the other hand, provided a scientific basis for decision making of business circulation industry’s sustainable development for Ningxiang.
