Employees promotion Incentive System (herein after as PIS) is connected withthe realization of employee’s vital interest and enterprise’s overall object, and it alsoa very important part of Human Resource Management. Whether the enterprise couldformulate and design one suit system of PIS to effectively encourage employees is thecritical question that should be resolved urgently for most of the enterprises forfurther development.This article is base on the actual situation of TBEA Hengyang Co., Ltd.(Here inafter as TBEA HY). Through actual situation description and satisfactioninvestigation of TBEA HY’s PIS, it was found that the evaluation mechanism wasimperfect, the process was unclear, the employee promotion channel was narrow andso on, which caused the employees didn’t satisfied of it, which mean the system wasineffective. After looking up documentation and combining with Incentive theory, andthoroughly thinking of TBEA HY’s PIS, we finally formulated one suit promotionsystem which can provide different channels for administrators, first-line workers andtechnicians, which was a complete new PIS model.Through several months ofoperation practice, and then to evaluate the new PIS when it was operated. We hope tothrough construction of TBEA HY’s PIS, to establish multi-channels for TBEA HY’spromotion system, to establish Human Resource system construction and Employeequality upgrade, to connect the channel for employee’s growing and promotion, andfinally to upgrade the human capital, at the same time to provide enlightenment forthe companies within TBEA group and/or industrial field for Employee promotionsystem construction.
