The Research On Problems Of Lao State-owned Enterprise Management

Laos and China are both socialist countries; promote the same way on economicreform. And china has more than30years of economic reform, especially on thestate-owned enterprise reform. This research focus on problems of Lao state-ownedenterprise management, and learning from the management experiences of china’sstate-owned enterprises. The main contents are as follow:Chapter1Introduction. This chapter introduces the situation of Lao economicdevelopment, facing problems; also discuss about previous relevant researchachievements of domestics and abroad researchers. This chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of state-owned enterprisesand the management of state-owned enterprises in Laos, and also discussed furtherabout the main problems that existing in the management of state-owned enterprises,the main reasons of problems; include their impact on the management ofstate-owned enterprises.Chapter4Experience of China’s state-owned enterprises reforms and the lessonfor Laos.
