| Due to the exhaustion of resources , any citie of resources has to go through the process of flourishment to decline.. Cities of resources dependant on mining gets to meet its bottleneck in development as the resource becomes little and little. Then it is necessary and urgent to find a more sustainable way of development for this kind of cities. This paper analyzes the discovery and development of related industry in mining cities and the realization of sustainable development there from the industrial clusters perspective.This paper uses the method of demonstration, contrast, conclusion and summary to investigate the feasibility and significance of the introduction of industrial clusters in mining cities in China based on the study on industrial clusters home and abroad. . It also sums up some typical development modes in the economic flourishing region in China :" Mode of Qingdao"- The butterfly effect brought by brand economy, "Mode of Dalian"- The effect of building nest to attract phoenix brought by environment economy ," Mode of Suzhou"- The construction of good channel in investment and financing brought by an export-oriented economy, " Mode of Wenzhou"- The small merchandise clusters brought by private capital economy. Thus the key reason for the rapid development of industry in these regions can be drawn.Because there is a lack of the successful factors (such as niche advantage, the industry advantage etc.) of the economic flourishing regions in the cities of resources, It will be very difficult in expanding the successful experience in mining cities.On the other hand, There is no good example to mining industrial clusters in China. Therefore, the study on typical foreign mining industrial clusters and the demonstration study on South Africa's mining investing clusters give inspiration on China's mining clusters'development.On the basis of the above study on the modes of industrial clusters in economic flourishing regions in China and the successful factors of the foreign experience, the author concludes the hindrance in the development of industrial clusters in mining cities in China.At last, the author provides some countermeasures and suggestions to the industrial clusters suitable to mining cities'sustainable development in China which will break the bottleneck of the development of industrial clusters by the demonstration study on some transitional and pilot mining cities'industrial status quo and economic and geographic condition. |
