The article summarizes the document of employment from the domestic and foreignscholars, and reviews the labor employment theory and analyzes the conductionmechanism of eight factors influencing on employment, on this basis, the article usesprovincial data from2000to2012to measure disparity of the domestic employment, andstudy empirically the influences by fixed effect variable intercept model.On analysis of present situation of China’s labor employment, this article argues thatthe government employment policy has played a certain positive effect, employment scaleis increasing constantly, and employment structure has been optimized. However, Chinastill faces great employment pressures, labor market still faces many problems, urbanunemployed population scale is increasing, the employment structure contradiction stillexists, and structural labor shortage phenomenon is serious. Moreover, the analysis ofsituation of regional employment shows that the eastern employment is more than thewestern and central, and so is the eastern employment growth, and regional disparity ofemployment is increasing.This article follows the "ask questions-analysis problem–to solve problem" theresearch route, and uses comparative analysis and empirical analysis and other researchmethods to study the influences and its effect of employment by fixed effect variableintercept model. The results show that fiscal spending, urbanization rate, investment infixed assets, industrialized rate, per capita disposable income, industry structure,technology advancement, foreign direct investment significantly influence employment,Urbanization rate, technological progress, per capita disposable income to have a negativeinfluence on the employment effects, but fiscal spending, investment in fixed assets, rate ofindustrialization, industrial structure, technology advancement, foreign direct investmenthas positive role in promoting of labor employment.
