As an important factor in the enterprise a team in the process of corporate goals playan important role.Team management research has become the focus of research in the fieldof enterprise management.Team effectiveness as reflecting enterprise development animportant indicator, has become increasingly become the focus of research.Scholars fromdifferent perspectives discussed the influence factors of team effectiveness, including theinfluence of knowledge sharing to the team has been the focus of the scholars study.Knowledge sharing is divided into explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing,with the popularization of Internet and the promotion of cultural construction, explicitknowledge acquisition of tacit knowledge is much easier than. A lot of valuable knowledgefrom tacit knowledge sharing.Therefore, this article from the perspective of tacitknowledge sharing, discuss the influences of tacit knowledge sharing on teameffectiveness.As independent variables, this article selects tacit knowledge sharing of absorptivecapacity as a intervening variable, discuss the influences of tacit knowledge sharing onteam effectiveness. Through the way of tacit knowledge sharing common use, and thedeterminant of team performance, recycling and collates the questionnaire, data analysis, itis concluded that the tacit knowledge sharing is achieved by absorbing ability to thepromotion of team effectiveness, further probes into the factors that affect teamperformance, make up the tacit knowledge sharing in promote team performance research.At the same time according to the results this article puts forward suggestions on thecorresponding to improve efficiency of the team, how to establish effective team to providethe reference for the enterprise.This article from the perspective of tacit knowledge sharing research teamperformance, discusses the influence factors of team effectiveness.Absorptive capacity asintermediary variable is introduced to build the theoretical model, this article discussedimpact on team effectiveness tacit knowledge sharing, to improve the team performancehas a certain guiding role.
