In recent years, with the deepening reform of communication industry and a new generation of mobile communication technology of3g technology promotion and use of internal market competition intensifying, the industry as a whole growth slows, communications operators increasingly fierce competition for market share. Companies in order to realize their own interests, complete performance appraisal target, need according to the change of market competition constantly adjust their business strategy and the marketing pattern, and carry on the optimization to the enterprise of all kinds of resources configuration. Staff as enterprise one of the most important human resources, especially the market management frontline staff responsible for business development and income, how to through effective performance appraisal to stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm in work, in order to improve enterprise’s overall performance and sales, is particularly important.Existing company is China united network communications group co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as China unicom) in ningxiashizuishan set up branches. In recent years, in order to expand the scale of enterprises improve market share, the company constantly adjust the marketing model, and according to the ningxia area of the company’s "fine management, increase the efficiency of the sales" marketing requirements in grid. Grid marketing is in the existing county (district) branch (arm), divided into several professional physical grid and grid, through the form sales team, the existing sales model from the vulgar marketing to fine marketing, accurate management, to achieve "improve sales ability, increase sales, improve management level, lower marketing costs" goal. Company in marketing model to the grid, the grid becomes the most basic management unit, marketers to sink, all kinds of resources and the cost of marketing activity, make the company’s production and operating activities close to the user, close to the market to the business development and income growth has played a positive role, improve the fine marketing and management level of the company, to create a good benefit for the company. In a grid marketing model at the same time, the company within the grid on the staff take the corresponding performance evaluation, and constantly adjust according to market changes and business development needs, in motivating employees, improve employee performance, promote the development of the company’s overall business has obvious promotion, but at present, there are some problems, need further analysis and find the reason, and take corresponding measures to adjust and perfect, make it more suitable for the grid marketing model, also can better promote the development of the business of the company, the revenue goal smoothly.In this paper, through the introduction of the related theory of the current employee performance appraisal the connotation and extension, content and form, function and meaning, etc., using the method of questionnaire and interviews, analysis of marketing mode of the grids in the staff performance appraisal status quo and existing problems, and put forward the corresponding effective measures and countermeasures.
