Enterprise Value Chain Model Building Under The Trust Perspective

With the deepening of the academic research on trust and value chain, more and moreenterprises combined their business practice with trust and value chain. They increase thecohesion of the enterprise and improve business performance by cultivating trust, and buildthe core competitiveness of enterprises via Potter’s basic analysis on value-chain which isbased on business processes. With the developing of times and social progress, and thedeepening of the study, it is difficult to establish the enterprise sustainable competitiveadvantage purely by cultivating trust or value chain analysis. Therefore, it is necessary tore-examine the business processes from a new perspective. And it is a good idea to build anenterprise value chain under the trust perspective through combining trust and the valuechain of the enterprise based on business processes.The main purpose of this paper is trying to introduce the trust to the enterprise valuechain based on the business processes and build a new enterprise value chain under the trustperspective, providing a process model to enterprise in building core competencies andsustainable competitive advantage. Draw on the related research theory both at home andaboard, the paper regards trust as one of the objects of this study and integrates it into theenterprise value chain. During writing, taking into account the characteristics of trust, theauthor gives priority to the theory study, at the same time, analysis the process of buildingthe enterprise value chain model under the trust perspective in a creative way.This paper is based on trust theory and value chain theory, as well as learns from theresults of previous studies. It mines the meaning and characteristics of the enterprise valuechain under trust perspective, discusses the value chain’s relationship with the enterprisecompetitive advantage, and analysis the impact factors of value chain under trustperspective in terms of trust and value chain. And then the paper analysis the accretionmechanism of the value chain based on enterprise process both in a process activity and thewhole business process. After introduces trust to the value chain, the paper repeats theabove process under the trust perspective. The paper also analysis ways to improvevalue-added ability of enterprise value chain under trust perspective include strengthen trust,enhance the level of trust and value chain optimization. Finally this paper analysis thebuilding process of enterprise value chain model under the trust perspective, and applies toexpress enterprise (EMS).
