After years of development, Communications equipment industry has entered themature stage, the saturation point of overall demand growth has appeared, the traditionalsystem and terminal equipment field has begun to increase slowly, even has alreadydeclined, the international and domestic enterprises which are lack of technical innovationand accumulation are facing the danger of being eliminated, some big internationalcommunications already are selling patents, tangible assets, or massive layoffs, focusing onhigh-profit areas and reducing costs. In addition the continuous emergence of newtechnology, is subverting the traditional software, hardware and the media business model,namely the user from "buy product" to "buy service"。This change in the business modelis being re-framing industrial pattern.Facing with changes in market demand and fierce market competition, how theenterprises in the market to survive, develop and maintain stability, opportune and properdevelopment strategy has become particularly important.According to the development course and the present situation of BeijingFFTCommunication&Technology Co. Ltd., By using research methods of enterprisedevelopment strategy, competitive strategy theory and PEST, SWOT, five forces model,value chain to analysisopportunities and threats of FFTin external environment, andadvantages and disadvantages in internal environment, to point out FFTthe limitations ofproducts agents, to discuss in the future how FFT to get rid of restriction, how to transform.In this paper, according to2years,5years,10years in three phases to develop FFTshort-term, mid-term and long-term development strategy, and put forward somecorresponding safeguard measures. I hope that the development strategy research of FFT,can have certain reference function to the development of small and medium sized tradeenterprises.
