The new century, due to the rapid spread of the rapid development of network and computer,changing hitherto unknown economic structure and mode of operation to e-commerce as the core business philosophy to the whole society. Accompanied by the rapid growth of global e-commerce sales, e-commerce as a business revolution, it broke the regional and national boundaries, has opened up a huge online business market. The development of electronic commerce by pure Internet enterprises play into the traditional business, e-commerce gradually mature. Home appliance chain enterprises in developing electronic commerce is also represent the general trend, the fierce competition of the home appliance retail chain giant (Gome, Suning and other) are also trying to. At present, the domestic and foreign research on logistics and logistics management has formed a set of mature theory, research on e-commerce logistics distribution mode is still not deep enough. Now the logistics status of Chinese home appliance chain enterprises, how to choose the logistics mode under electronic commerce, is the self-run logistics, or the third party logistics, or joint distribution? Therefore, it is important to study the electronic commerce under the home appliance chain enterprises logistics mode and its selection.The research was adopted in the process of comprehensive literature analysis, inductive and summary method, comparative analysis method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, case analysis and other research methods. The beginning of the home appliance chain industry related theory, understanding of the chain business, home appliance chain industry background; analysis of home appliance chain industry, electronic commerce and logistics distribution theory, the B2C under the electronic commerce industry of home appliance chain advantage; the common logistics distribution mode (enterprise self-management mode, third party distribution, joint distribution model) are introduced, and the above three kinds of mode of a comprehensive comparison analysis; key influence factors of B2C e-commerce home appliance chain enterprises logistics distribution model are analyzed; summarizes the necessity of distribution pattern. Then the matrix decision method and the multi-level analysis of foundation of law theory, factors affecting the selection of logistics mode is analyzed and established a mode choice model and distribution model evaluation model; Finally, in the empirical analysis of Suning Tesco, matrix decision method, analytic hierarchy process, the analysis and decision of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method respectively to Suning Tesco purchase logistics distribution mode based on the conclusion. The electronic commerce environment, some suggestions for the home appliance chain logistics distribution mode selection decision, provide some theoretical guidance for the B2C e-commerce environment of home appliance chain enterprises logistics mode decision.
