Along with the rapid development of Internet technology and information technology, e-commerce has been penetrating into every aspect of people’s life. Since furniture enterprises enter the field of e-commerce, there have appeared some problems which hinder the development of the furniture industry in e-commerce platform, such as low delivery timeliness, higher distribution cost. Therefore, according to the furniture product characteristics and status quo of logistics development in China, choosing an appropriate distribution mode has important theoretical and practical significance under the e-commerce environment.Firstly, the status quo of e-commerce and furniture distribution about foreign and domestic were analyzed, and the concept of e-commerce and distribution, four main models of e-commerce and delivery types based on different classification criteria were described in this paper. What’s more, the relationship between e-commerce and distribution was studied. Secondly, it was discussed that the current situation of the demand of urban furniture distribution on e-commerce and the main problems which appeared in the course of furniture distribution. Thirdly, after common e-commerce distribution models were listed, the advantages and disadvantages of each model were researched. In addition, there are five factors that influence the choosing of distribution model from furniture companies, consumer and logistics companies which include furniture logistics properties, logistics costs, customer satisfaction, enterprise distribution management capabilities and the level of third-party logistics services. Finally, a hierarchical model was built based on improved analytic hierarchy process, and geometric average, arithmetic average method and eigenvector method were introduced to calculate a more accurate answer. It concluded a best distribution pattern through an example quantitative analysis.Through analyzing the status quo and problems of furniture distribution on the impact of e-commerce, major factors about distribution models choosing were identified. A scientific mathematic model was contributed to ensure a best distribution model. Therefore, all of this will provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the selection of furniture enterprise logistics distribution pattern in China.
