China has always been one of the most serious countries affected by the impactof natural disasters, and especially in recent years, there has been a series of majornatural disasters, which have caused great losses to China’s economic and socialdevelopment, but also a threat to the people property and life safety. After thedisaster, the important thing is how to carry out an effective emergency rescueactivities, to minimize the economic losses and casualties of the disaster and preventfurther expansion of the range of disasters. As we all know,"The country serving thecommunity, Food security for the first, Food to safety as the first". So, after thedisaster, timely and adequate food supply is not only the premise of the emergencyrescue activities, but also the protection of post-disaster reconstruction. Therefore, thestudy of the food emergency logistics system and emergency food inventory controlproblem has theoretical and practical significance.Paper regards emergency food as the research object, combined with thecharacteristics of emergency food to study the problem of emergency food inventorycontrol with the theory of modern logistics and inventory control theory. The main work of the paper is as follows:Firstly, there is a review of the existing literature on emergency food logisticsproblems, and a summary of the current study, and found that there is littlequantitative aspects of the study for emergency food inventory control, then itproposes the main methods, questions and possible innovation in research for thisarticle.Secondly, the food emergency logistics system is described in detail. On thisbasis, paper is focusing on emergency food inventory control system problem analysis, and proposes a number of factors about inventory control of emergency food toestablish a sound foundation for the follow-up model. Finally, the paper focuses on the study of emergency food inventory control. Combined with inventory control influencing factors of emergency food, andregarded the "minimum cost, minimum loss" as the optimization objective, the paperestablished a multi-affected, multi-inventory point and two inventory control model todetermine the optimal inventory under certain constraints. For this model, this paperdesigned a specific example, and used Lingo11.0to solve to verify the validity of themodel.
