With the information technology and the development of the global economy, supply chain has become a complex network structure. In order to adapt to rapid economic development, supply chain has become increasingly complex, companies often adopt various measures to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. These measures make the supply chain vulnerable when facing the unexcepted risks in a variety of daily production and life. So it may destroy the normal operation of the supply chain and cause the supply network outages. In particular, natural disasters, significant security, public health, social safety incidents are frequent in recent years, resulting in the increase of the probability of interruption of supply network. We know that once the supply network outages will affect the normal operation of the supply network, bringing an immeasurable loss for the enterprise.In this context, if we add the resilience concept into the supply chain design in advance of the response plan. When the supply of network disrupt, it can shorten the supply network recovery time from disruption, reduce the loss of business, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, for enterprises, building flexible supply network is significant. This article is on the results of previous studies carried out further research.This paper introduces the research background, the related literature review and basis relevant theory of the main prat of the article. The main body of the article is divided into two parts, chapters3and4. The chapter3which is on the basis of multi-source supply is a three-layered supply network, inclueding multiple suppliers, a manufacturing supplier a customer needs and then choose the best suppliers and logistics service providers. Suppliers divide into the main suppliers and alternative suppliers. After the disruption of the main suppliers, alternative suppliers of raw materials supplement stockout to meet the needs of pre-set customer satisfaction. Chapter4, on the basis of chapter3, add options to improve supply network flexibility, and increase reliability of supply network and transport network reliability constraints basing on meeting customer demand satisfaction. And then establish the objective function and slove optimization solution. Finally, examples are given to test and verify the rationality and feasibility of the model.
