With the rapid growth of global economy, the enterprises always take various measures to establish a more agile and sophisticated supply chain to improve the efficiency of the supply chain, in order to adapt to the increasingly rat race. These measures significantly reduce supply chain costs, however, they also make the supply chain becomes more fragile and difficult to cope with various risks. Besides, the enterprises of the supply chain are interdependence and influence each other, anyone has a problem may affect the normal operation of the whole supply chain.Researches about network design of distribution are important areas of supply chain management, and the design of resilient distribution network in the risk environment are hot issues and problem question in this area. Distribution networks are always vulnerable to various disruptions and the failure which occurs at any node or link may affects other companies rapidly, then, influences the normal operations of the whole network. Therefore, it is valuable and significant to consider the disruption at the beginning of designing of the distribution networks to make the distribution networks possess the ability of rapid recovery from failure to normal operations.Aiming at these problems, and based on the previous research achievements, this paper takes designing of Resilience Distribution Network under disruption Risk Environment as the research objects. The paper finishes the work in the following aspects:(1) Introduce the background, research purpose and significance of this paper, as well as the research approach and framework arrangement, and then review and summarize the domestic and overseas literature related.(2) Elaborate the basic theory as distribution network resilience, design principles of resilient distribution network and give the measures of how to construct the elastic distribution network.(3) Design the three-stage resilient distribution network based on a single distribution center failure. The modeling ideas is to establish a joint emergency inventory center by lateral league to respond to disruption risk, and construct the corresponding mathematical model. The model aim at minimize the expected system total cost. Finally, give a numerical example illustrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.(4) Design the three-stage resilient distribution network based on multi-distribution center failure as well as considering the different disruption scenarios. Construct the model of resilient distribution network with the aim of minimizing the expected system cost and total failure costs, as well as make decision of site selection and assignment, determine the inventory of joint emergency stock center. Finally, give a corresponding numerical examples to verify the validity and feasibility of the model.In addition, at the end of this paper, summarize the main findings and conclusions, and the limitations and direction for further research.
