Shandong Inzone-auto Limited company as a large automobile service enterprise inautomobile industry, since it set foot in automobile service in1999,it always adheres to the"service creates value" business philosophy, and deepen and improve the service to meet theneeds of the society constantly. The development of Inzone-auto in the market competition isimpeccable, which has not only constructed the framework effectively, but also shaped corporateculture in order to enhance staff cohesion and shape its brand. However, it still has somedrawbacks. This paper will study Inzone-auto automobile4S shop development, through theanalysis of market environment and internal environment and study the development of thecompany strategy to find out problems and put forward Suggestions. As a result, it can ensurethat car service operators can not only meet the growing demand of customers index and toconsolidate market share to adapt to the rapid development of social economy.At the begin of this paper introduces the development history of automobile industry of ourcountry and the background and process of automobile4S stores’ appearance in order to analysisthe state of Inzone-auto automobile4S shop’ survival and development and predict thedevelopment prospects of this industry. Through the study of a large number of data, thedevelopment status of the4S shop Chinese vehicle are described in this paper. At the same time,it points out a series of problems of automobile4S shop. Next, the paper analyzes the operationcondition of the Inzone-auto and studies its operation and development situation to find theadvantages and disadvantages in the enterprise development to provide advice. Then the paperanalyzes the macro environment and micro environment of Inzone-auto, which can come up withthe development strategies. Due to its business development still has some deficiencies,combining with the excellent development model and experience at home and abroad, the paperputs forward the development strategy of Inzone-auto brand and emphasizes the importance toexpand the business with the corresponding development strategies, such as the optimization ofresources integration, and giving full play to the advantages of intangible resources,strengthening the management of human resources, the rational allocation of talent,strengthening technical innovation, enhance technical research and development ability;combining with regional characteristics, reasonable network layout and implementing servicemarketing, setting up the brand image.
